My Pricing

You can set up your pricing in different ways,

• Mileage Pricing

  • You will be able to set up mileage prices in different tiers and vehicle type uplift for Estates, MPVs, Executive cars etc ever applicable to you.

• Location Prices

  • You can set fixed location pricing by drawing two points on the map on our system and then allocating a price to it. Your Estate and other vehicle types will be automatically uplifted as per the percentage increase set by you in the mileage pricing. 

• Postcode Prides

  • You can set up fixed prices between two postcodes. Your Estate and other vehicle types will be automatically uplifted as per the percentage increase set by you in the mileage pricing. 

When a customer enters their journey details, our application will immediately scan all pricing data to provide the customer with an exact quote for your trip. Location prices will override all other prices set up on your account but if you have not entered any Location prices; the system will calculate a price using your Postcode Area pricing; if you have neither of these available, it will calculate a price using your Mileage rates.

This means that your fares will be calculated:

- By Location

- By Postcode Area

- By Mileage
